Nxera is Singtel Group's regional data centre arm. Singapore capacity is 120 MW after DC Tuas (58 MW) opened in January 2026. The company guides ~230 MW operational by FY27 and >460 MW gross including pipeline, while Singtel takes 25% of STT GDC (~2.8 GW combined design).

Applied Materials sells deposition, etch, polish and implant tools: it gets paid when a chamber is recognised, while the wafer still waits on an ASML slot.
Taiwan
Nanya printed third-quarter results on 12 October. Who gets paid is the DRAM price step — ASP up more than 60%, gross margin 85.7%. The stuck step is 3D wafer stacking: Pingtung is planned for the end of 2028, and bit shipments fell.

A GPU cluster is racks, fabric and power sold as one computer. NVIDIA SuperPOD builds it in eight-rack units. The stuck step is signed megawatts that are not yet live.

A data center lease rents powered capacity, priced per kilowatt a month, not per square foot. The money arrives late: rent starts when the hall is powered and handed over, so the gap between signed and billing is the stuck step.

On 14 October AEP said it will invest about $4 billion in 702 MW of Bloom fuel cells near Cheyenne, selling the power to Google for 20 years. AEP bought the cells in January, before the buyer was named. Full power is due by end-2028.
