Macquarie Technology Group is an Australian data-centre, cloud, cyber and telecom company. At 30 June 2026 it ran 21 MW of installed capacity, is finishing IC3 SuperWest (47 MW design), and closed a Macquarie Park site for a proposed ~200 MW campus. FY26 revenue was A$390.0m.

Indiana's IURC unanimously approved AES Indiana's plan to power Google's 390 MW Monrovia data center — the first under the state's 2025 80% large-load law. Google pays $32.3M for direct connection; $73.8M of network upgrades enter AES's rate base.

Nebius is the first tenant for Volt's planned Rotterdam AI data center, FD reported on 12 October. The letter of intent lets Volt try to raise the €7bn, 200 MW first phase, but first capacity is not due until late 2029 or early 2030 and Nebius can reportedly walk away if it slips.
US
PJM, the biggest US grid, issued its first Capacity Advisory for 12-13 October 2026. Its last auction came up 6,831 MW short, and its new fast lane has approved 2.1 GW for mid-2029. Plants already running are paid first. The stuck step is new supply, and who pays for it.
China
China's biggest memory maker, CXMT, says it will launch server memory on a new, denser DRAM cell by the end of 2026. It already earned ¥77.6 billion in the first half. The big three are paid first while server DRAM stays short. The stuck step is server testing.
